Custom floor-to-ceiling fireplace feature wall installation showcasing dark, highly-veined stone slabs and a seamlessly integrated linear gas hearth in a modern two-story great room.
To create this striking architectural focal point, our installation required careful vein matching across full-height vertical slabs, precise cutouts for linear burner inserts and media wiring, and mitered edge craftsmanship along the extended raised stone hearth bench.
Project Scope: Vertical slab installation, vein and pattern matching, structural backing support, mitered edge hearth bench fabrication, linear fireplace insert integration, and TV/media wiring cutouts.
Materials: Dark charcoal/black marble-pattern porcelain slabs, high-bond thin-set mortar, mechanical slab anchors, and linear gas fireplace unit.
Colours: Deep charcoal, textured black, warm grey veining, crisp white wall accents, and natural wood framing tones.
